COVID 19 - Due to the current requirement for social isolation all planned events have been cancelled or postponed. Once the situation has eased we will be displaying community events as normal.
Peapods Saturday Club
Peapods is a parent-led charity providing support to families with physically disabled children across Berkshire.
Peapods aims to help parents to feel less isolated, providing support, solidarity and friendship through a monthly Saturday club, social events and through a successful online forum.
Every second Saturday of the month, you can find Peapods gathered at either
Twyford Scout Headquarters on Loddon Hall Road in Twyford, Berkshire, RG10 9JA from 10.30am to 12.30pm
Or
Our House on Toutley Road in Wokingham, Berkshire, RG41 1QN from 10.30am to 12.30pm
Both venues are great for play and disabled access, including a disabled toilet and lots of parking.
Mums, Dads, and all the children get to experience a variety of activities, sharing the fun. We have a different theme at each session leading activities in art and crafts, cookery, games, music and more. There is always a wide range of fun things to do, for all abilities. Drinks and snacks are served for adults and children.
Please contact us or see the website for details of our activities.
