Well Baby Clinics are held regularly across the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead so that you can take your baby along and weigh them. You will also be able to discuss any worries or concerns with your Health Visiting Team and get advice on weaning, breast feeding and sleep routines.

Well Baby Clinic appointments need to be pre-booked by either calling 0300 365 6523 (and leaving a message) or by sending an email to health.visiting@achievingforchildren.org.uk. You can request a preferred date and clinic. We will try to meet your request, but due to the high demand for appointments, an alternative may have to be offered.
Please note that all 4 week old babies will routinely be given an appointment for a weight check at a local clinic.
