So Much Improvemt With A Little Exercise

The S.M.I.L.E. programme is an exercise and activity club for those aged over 50, 60, 70, 80 or 90+

There are a range of S.M.I.L.E. sessions and activities targetted at different ages, abilities and sizes:

Join S.M.I.L.E. exercise classes either in the community at locations around the Royal Borough Of Windsor & Maidenhead, from Sunningdale in the south to Cookham and Bisham in the north, Wraysbury in the east to Woodlands Park in the west, or in the local leisure centres. We play a mixed bag of easy games and simple to do exercises. Equipment and advice is available for you at all of the clubs, whichever you decide to come along to and try.
Join the S.M.I.L.E. charity for £6 per year to take advantage of the discounted cost of events that we put on through out the year.
Join a S.M.I.L.E. walk in Maidenhead where the club meets for a guided walk.
Join Half Century short tennis either at Magnet Leisure Centre or Windsor Leisure Centre.
No Strings Badminton session at Windsor Leisure Centre.
Walking Football at Braywick All Weather Pitch.
Sway Ballroom Dancing at Magnet Leisure Centre.
Join the gym with a S.M.I.L.E. Expressions membership.
Stroke Rehabilitation at Windsor Leisure Centre and Magnet Leisure Centre.
Cardiac Prevention and Rehabiltiation at Windsor and Magnet Leisure Centre.
Cancer Rehabilitation at Windsor Leisure Centre.
Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi.

Monday 10:00am-12 Midday Short Tennis
Tuesday 09:45-11:45 SMILE Aerobics Level 2 and games
Tuesday 11:30am-1pm Beginners Yoga
Wednesday 08:00am-09:00am Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase IV Class
Wednesday 10:00am-12 midday 50+ Short Tennis
Thursday 08:00-09:00am Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase IV Class
Thursday 09:45-11:45 SMILE Aerobic Level 2-3, short tennis
Thursday 10:00-12 midday 50+ half century
Friday 09:15-10:00am
