Description of activity
Sundays 10.00am to 11.45am
SPICE (Special People on ICE) teach children and young adults (up to the age of 18) with additional needs to ice skate in a calm and caring environment. We operate from Slough Ice Arena, Berkshire.
Each Sunday SPICE lessons take place between 10:00 and 11:45. We now run several ability groups allowing our members the best opportunity to develop their skating abilities. SPICE employs NISA (National Ice Skating Association) coaches who all have gained lots of experience in teaching children and young adults with additional needs over the years. We also have volunteers on hand to support both our newer members and anyone needing a helping hand.
We also have ice hockey teams, SPICE Jets and a special needs synchronised skating team
