School Direct Training Programme is available to high quality graduates. You may be eligible for a bursary or scholarship of up to £26,000 to support you whilst you train.

The Partnership has a tuition fee of £6,000. Trainees are eligible for student loans to cover the fees, and also for maintenance loans. Further details regarding eligibility can be found under Student Finance on GOV.UK.

School Direct Training Programme (salaried) is an employment based route available to high quality graduates with at least three years’ work experience who will earn a salary whilst they train. RBWM SCITT will consider this route for appropriate applicants who are already working in a borough school where the leadership team are able to support it. Trainees are employed on at least the Unqualified 1 pay point plus fringe allowance (about £18,000). Trainees will be employed as members of the school and can teach up to 90% of a timetable.
