The Care Education Treatment Review (CETR) process is a statutory requirement for children and young people with autism or a learning disability who are at risk of needing a CAMHS inpatient admission or 52 week educational setting (in the next 12 months).  The CETR process is a statutory duty for Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) which requires the CCG to coordinate a professionals meeting with the aim of supporting a child and family's needs within the community with the consent of the parent / carers.
